Tru-D iQ Tower
The Tru-D iQ Tower is a mobile UVC disinfection unit. Primarily utilized within hospital settings, it's specifically designed to sterilize patient rooms using the germ-killing properties of UVC light. For this project, our aim was not only to craft a comprehensive design that seamlessly integrates with the healthcare environment but also to pave the way for a user experience that's instinctive and user-friendly.

UVC LIGHT
UVC disinfection is a method that uses short-wavelength ultraviolet (UV) light to kill or inactivate microorganisms. UVC light targets the DNA and RNA of microorganisms preventing it from replicating or functioning. UVC disinfects hard-to-clean items without leaving any residue or requiring drying time.
The iQ Scout and Kiosk are integrated components of the iQ Tower. When it's time to disinfect a room, both devices are detached from the tower. The iQ Scout is tailored for smaller spaces like bathrooms, while the Kiosk, positioned outside the room, serves as a control center for both devices.
